-Prepare Marketing package for Real Estate project
-Prepare real estate contracts and related paperwork
-Maintain Customer and investor relationship
-Upload investment report for investors
-Coordinate different parties for smooth Real Estate closings
-Professional email/phone/in-person presentation
-Excellent written/verbal skills
-1+ year experience in marketing or administrative job - previous Real Estate experience or computer related experience preferred.
-Proficient with computer software such as Microsoft office. Photoshop.
-Can communicate in Chinese
