中國一地方銀行行長接受停職處理。事情源於一個在網上流傳的視頻，視頻中一位管理人員在一次特殊的培訓環節中，對站成一排的8名員工實施打屁股懲罰，原因是他們表現不佳。據報道，該行副行長也被停職。
理論上說，這次事件看起來像一次公司激勵培訓環節的鬧劇。但是從視頻中的內容而看，情況要嚴重的多：一位男士揮著一根木棍，在站成一排的男、女員工身後來回走動，輪流用木棍打他們屁股，原因竟是因為他們「沒有超越自己」。
南華早報報道，很多人批評銀行高管層的處罰方式太粗暴，損害了員工的權利。
這次處罰事件發生在周六的觀眾台上，當時山西省農商銀行的200名員工都在場。這個貌似被台下員工拍攝下的視頻迅速走紅，視頻中培訓師在一排員工身後來回至少走了四次，台上的參與者表情痛苦。
人民日報刊登了銀行解釋的具體內容：
「山西省農村信用合作社發出的通告上說明這是一次員工培訓的「突破表現」環節。培訓師是從上海鴻風領導力學院專門聘請過來的。其中一位培訓師在6月18號對員工的表現進行了測評，並對排名靠後的員工施於打屁股和剪頭髮的處罰。」
「銀行回復已經停止了此項培訓，並且要求領導力學院及其培訓師進行公開道歉，同時對於該行的幾個管理人員予以停職處理。通告上說，對於被打屁股員工的經濟賠償事宜正在商討當中。」
據南華早報報道，那位揮舞木棍的男性培訓師已經對他的行為進行了道歉。
援引新京報消息，南華早報補充道，培訓師姜洋解釋說，他認為打屁股「是提升員工意識最有效的手段之一」，同時他也表明，並不是所有人都認同這個觀點。

One of the trainers graded their performance on June 18, and punished those who ranked bottom by spanking and cutting hair.The bank said it has stopped the training session, asked the Leadership Academy and its trainer to openly apologize, and suspended several managing personnels from the branch. Economic compensation is in discussion for the spanked employees, said the announcement.
