崗位職責
✅ 配合銷售團隊進行客戶溝通、需求分析、產品介紹、方案推薦及技術演示。
✅ 為門禁控制、智能安防、生物識別等產品提供售前技術支持，包括：
- 門禁控制器
- 門禁一體機
- 讀卡器
- 對講設備
- 生物識別設備及模組
- 相關整體解決方案
✅ 支持 OEM/ODM 客戶及特殊項目，分析客戶需求，協助產品選型，並制定定製化解決方案。
✅ 負責產品演示、POC 測試、技術培訓，為客戶、渠道夥伴及內部銷售團隊提供技術支持。
✅ 協助產品安裝、配置、軟體/固件使用、系統集成及故障排查，並協調研發團隊解決複雜技術問題。
✅ 收集客戶反饋及市場需求，為產品優化、本地化及新品上市提供建議。
任職要求
✔ 本科及以上學歷，工程、計算機、電子、電氣、自動化、信息技術等相關專業優先（優秀相關經驗者亦可）。
✔ 兩年以上售前工程師、技術支持、產品專員、解決方案或相關工作經驗。
✔ 有以下產品經驗者優先：
- 門禁系統
- 門禁控制器
- 門禁一體機
- 讀卡器
- 對講設備
- 生物識別產品
- 智能安防硬體
✔ 有 OEM/ODM、系統集成、定製化項目經驗者優先。
✔ 具有良好的溝通表達能力、演示能力、動手能力及問題分析解決能力。
✔ 英文聽、說、讀、寫流利；具備中英文雙語能力者優先。
✔ 工作認真負責，學習能力強，可根據業務需要出差。

Pre-Sales Engineer / Product Specialist
Location: North Fulton, GA
Compensation: Salary is negotiable and will be based on the candidate』s background, qualifications, and experience.
We are seeking a motivated Pre-Sales Engineer / Product Specialist to support our sales and product teams in customer communication, product demonstrations, technical support, and solution development for physical security and access control products.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team with customer communication, requirement analysis, product introductions, solution recommendations, and technical presentations.
- Provide pre-sales support for physical security and access control products, including access control panels, standalone terminals, card readers, intercom devices, biometric modules, and related solutions.
- Support OEM/ODM customers and special projects by reviewing technical requirements, assisting with product selection, and helping develop customized solution proposals.
- Conduct product demonstrations, proof-of-concept testing, technical training, and pre-sales support for customers, channel partners, and internal sales teams.
- Assist with product installation, configuration, troubleshooting, software/firmware usage, and system integration. Coordinate with technical or R&D teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Collect customer feedback, market requirements, and product improvement suggestions to support product optimization, customization, localization, and new product launches.
Qualifications
- Bachelor』s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Automation, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field preferred. Equivalent relevant work experience will also be considered.
- 2+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering, technical support, product specialist, solution sales, project support, or a related technical role.
- Experience with access control systems, controllers, standalone terminals, readers, intercom devices, biometric devices/modules, or physical security hardware is preferred.
- Experience supporting OEM/ODM customers, customized product requirements, system integration, or special project solutions is a plus.
- Strong hands-on technical skills, communication skills, presentation skills, technical learning ability, and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to clearly explain technical products and support product setup, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Strong English reading, writing, and verbal communication skills required. Bilingual English/Chinese is preferred.
- Self-motivated, responsible, organized, and willing to travel as needed.
